Childbirth Prep Classes
        Childbirth Prep classes are offered either as 2 hour classes once a week for 6 weeks or 2 Saturdays a month for 6 hours each. Refresher classes are also available. Teaching methods will include video, demonstration, lecture, discussion, and hands on. Check our calendar for class schedules.

Sibling Prep Class
        Sibling Prep classes are offered once a month as a 2 hour class. Big brothers and sisters will learn about birth and infants in an age appropriate format. Please not that appropriate terminology will be used in teaching children about the birth process. Check our calendar for class schedules.

Breastfeeding Classes
            Breastfeeding classes are offered both prenatal and postpartum. One class a month will focus on basics of breastfeeding while other classes will be open discussion. Partners are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend with the mom as support is crucial to the breastfeeding relationship. Private areas will be available for those concerned with modesty. Newborn Safety Class
            Newborn Safety classes are offered once a month for 2 hours in the evening. Content will include nursery safety,bathing, car seats, CPR and first aid. Other topics can be covered by request including vaccinations, circumcision, etc. Check our calendar for class schedules.
Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification (CPST) through Safe Kids Worldwide.

Prenatal Fitness Classes
            Prenatal fitness is offered on both a group or individual basis. Classes are one hour long and include stretching, breathing, aerobic activity, strength training, and cool down. A physicians approval is required for classes. Check our calendar for class schedules.
